Nighttime Turtle Walk Monday June 19

Overview: Our nighttime turtle walk program includes a 30min presentation about our local sea turtle populations followed by a short walk to the beach to hopefully see a nesting loggerhead sea turtle!

Please note: there is no guarantee that a nesting female will be observed.  Program recommended for ages 10+ and involves walking on beach/sand for up to 1/2 mile.  Program lasts from 8:30PM until a nesting sea turtle is observed or midnight (whichever comes first).  Only 1 nesting loggerhead sea turtle can be viewed as part of this turtle walk.  Please wear dark clothing and shoes suitable for walking in sand.  Please do not bring a flashlight.  No flash photography allowed.
