Sea Turtle Nest Adoption

Show your support for sea turtle conservation by adopting a sea turtle nest! Three days after hatching, you are invited to observe (in person or virtually) as our permitted sea turtle monitor excavates a nest while you learn all about sea turtles!  These walk-alongs are best suited for five people or less, but we can accommodate larger parties. A summary of the data collected will be written on personalizd wooden plaque and provided to you as a gift. Adoptions available to individuals, school groups, businesses, andother organizations. If observing the nest excavation in person, the 1-hr adventure begins and ends at Gulfstream Park (4489 N Ocean Blvd., Delray Beach, FL 33483). There may be up to 0.5 miles of beach walking. Our nest adoption program starts in July and goes through September, but can be purhcased year round and applied to the following sea turtle nesting season. Date of nest excavation can be coordinated directly with our conservation program manager. An email will be sent out once your purchase has been confirmed with instructions.
